Fresh zesty white begging for spring days!

Who is this mischievous little cherub?! A nod to a carved old-barrel in town and lovingly drawn by Daniel and Jonas Brand’s grandmother, a local artist. Part of the ‘pur’ series with absolutely no sulphur or other additions. A nod to traditional ‘gemischter satz’ or field blend of several different grapes co-fermented. Once used mostly for village jug wine, a small group of growers have championed the old style, celebrating the coming together of different flavours to a lovable whole. Here Chardonnay, Muller Thurgau, Pinot Blanc, Riesling and Kerner meet in Bockenheim, Germany. Wild yeast ferments followed by time in old oak for texture and stainless steel for maximum zesty freshness - think, adult Fresca. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.

Fresh, youthful party boy seeks a true friend in hard times. Fistfuls of herbs, salty apricots, a perfect grapefruit (not the dry ones, ew) meet gingery charm and spice. The perfect adult lemonade.
