While we often recommend lightly chilling all reds, this is a red made to disappear quickly at white wine temps. Low tannin and high juicy delight are the order of the day c/o ancient, light and crisp varietal Portugieser and a sploosh of carbonic maceration Cab Franc. The result is a German natural wine popsicle, a take on fresh spring-summer red, a beaujolais nouveau for our time. Sour cherry blaster, adult slushie, all the berries, crunchy acid ripper.
